 DEPRESSION GONE! September 7, 2010

I was plagued with severe depression for many years. Over these years I tried everything - prescription drugs, herbals, EFT, etc. If anyone had been helped by something for depression - I tried it! After finding the healing code and doing it for 3 weeks, my depression was gone and has not returned. To anyone trying to find fault with this, I simply say "TRY IT FOR YOURSELF", and see what happens!
I feel compelled to address one other area before I end this. I almost didn't try the code because of the 1 star reviews on this site. Oh what a tragedy that would have been in my life - it would have literally changed the entire course of my life in a devastating way. You see, I now have the rest of my life to look forward to - DEPRESSION FREE! I want to speak to this for anyone else that might be in a similar situation, and be influenced by these negative reviews.
The 1 star reviews on this site (that are to be considered - some have obviously not read the book at all) appear to have one of two issues. 1. They claim the book is some sort of trickery to lure people into the religious beliefs of the author. 2. That the book is really just an advertisement for a more expensive product, and you don't get anything useful in the book itself. In other words, the author is disingenuous.
NEITHER OF THESE CRITICISMS ARE TRUE, in my humble opinion. DO NOT BE SWAWED BY A VERY FEW NEGATIVE COMMENTS THAT MAY VERY WELL HAVE AN AGENDA THEMSELVES!
I will state my case. Concerning the religious criticism - the author states that it took him decades to recover from his own religious upbringing - that he tries hard NOT to be religious, but to be spiritual. He actually says that he DOES NOT call himself a christian, and that many are harmed by a religious upbringing similar to his. The few things that are stated about his spiritual beliefs, are stated as an "FYI" for the reader - or as part of the story of where the codes came from (their history - a spiritual experience that occurred during a prayer for his sick wife). That's it, and there is very little of that! There is absolutely not a hint of the author trying to "convert" or "persuade" the reader to his, or any certain religious or spiritual view. This is a misrepresentation of the truth of this book, in my opinion. PLEASE DO NOT BE SWAWED BY IT! Doing the actual "Healing Code" does NOT require any particular religious or spiritual belief at all - none!
Concerning the book being an advertisement for a more expensive program. There is a total of one half of one page in the book about one other product - and it is at the very end, after the information of the book has ended. There is no phone number to call, or link to buy ANYTHING - NADA - NOTHING! The ONLY thing I did for my depression was the material in this book. Since my depression went away, my husband has successfully used the code in the book to heal several physical things himself - also things that he had tried many other things over the years to heal, without results. The authors also actually encourage people to not buy the book or any more expensive package if money is an issue - that's right. They encourage people right in the book to loan the book to a friend, so that they won't have to buy it - or teach them how to do the code over lunch (again, so that they won't have to buy it). In fact, I did not buy the book myself - it was given to me.
I have been reading these types of books for two and a half decades (trying to heal my own depression). I have, of course, read theories that you would put in the same category with what Dr. Loyd calls "The 7 Secrets", which is the theory and research of the book. However, I have never read this theory. It is unique, insightful, clear, illuminating, and supported by research. In other words, it is not one of those books that is just a remake of other things you have already read.
The vast majority of the book is theory, research, and the practice of "The Healing Code" itself! It is not religious, or an advertisement. It is a physical mechanism that works, no matter what your world view is.
If I had listened to the negative about this book, that is not even true (in my opinion - read it for yourself and see) - I WOULD STILL BE DEPRESSED - AND MAYBE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!
I don't know why people would say these things that are misrepresentations (in my opinion). I guess they are in a lot of pain and fear - as I have been for most of my life. I do know that when I searched for many of the greatest authors in history, like Hemingway, Steinbeck, Dr. Oz, etc. ALL OF THEM HAD 1 STAR REVIEWERS - some spoke of these great authors, and works of art as if they were trash. THAT DON'T MAKE IT SO!
My advise is simply to CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF! Maybe "THE REST OF YOUR LIFE" is at stake here - just like it was for me!

This book is extremely disappointing for various reasons. First of all, this is a technique that would work for Christians and believers of an Abrahamic God for the most part. When the author of this book first started his seminars and counseling sessions, I was among the first ones to undergo one and those sessions were nothing more than bible-thumping sessions. Does this work for some? It might, due to the infinite power of the mind. Lately however, the author seems to have realized that the book might not fly well with non-Christians and suggests replacing God with source or the field as required. Still, this technique depends on faith more than anything else to work and a blind one at that.
It is blasphemous to call this "energy medicine". There is energy everywhere so what? A systematized and repeatable application of this energy to heal is what energy medicine is all about. There is the yoga, there is Pranic Healing, there are amazing Daoist and TCM techniques which qualify as energy medicine modalities. Holding a few hand positions, repeating phrases is NOT energy medicine as the author claims.
This book will teach you nothing. You need to take a seminar paying at least 800 bucks or buy a home study course for 300 bucks. When this book initially came out, it was publicized as everything required to heal. Now there is the next version called the Q codes which is sold for a greater price. The author claims that in times of dire need to heal his wife, 'God' revealed this technique to him. So why then is he selling this 'holy' technique meant to heal and uplift people at such exorbitant prices? Don't we have enough elderly, poor and children dying of all kinds of diseases and unable to afford medical treatment? Look at the third world countries, look at the middle east. Why is this 'God' given technique not being taught to them but instead being used to deposit a vulgar amount of money in the author's bank? How does this represent fulfilling the Lord's wish, assuming he did indeed reveal something useful to this author? Now, it is up to people to decide if the higher powers would really choose such a person to reveal anything at all or would appreciate their teaching being sold like this out of greed.
- Book teaches you nothing much; its simply a way to peddle more products.
- Its a way to peddle Christian faith with the lure of healing one's issues.
I would assume any one with some sense of morality will stay away from such establishments that spell nothing but greed. A true Christian would do so even more.

I read about this book in an email ad and decided to try to buy it cheaper elsewhere which I did on Amazon. It has totally changed my life. Not only am I healthier but I am at least 50% HAPPIER and less stressed than I was before I read it. I have had chronic stomach and digestion problems for several years and had numerous tests (nothing was ever found wrong) and tried all kinds of drugs, herbs and vitamins, etc. to no avail. One night when I went to bed my belly hurt and I did a "healing code" and as soon as I finished it, the pain vanished. I have been stomach pain free for about a month now - something that had heretofore been impossible. My husband has been able to mostly heal a tooth nerve that was going to need a root canal by doing only one code per day. If you believe in God, you will not regret buying this book. I plan to buy at least one more copy since I gave mine away to my sister-in-law who has cancer. Healing codes will be a part of my life forever now. If you have ever had a health problem, you need this book.

I have been involved in many healing things over the years and if they sound interesting or people are getting results - I try them. I have had great movement with NLP, Debbie Fords Dark Side of the Light Chasers, Emotional medicine, Natural Medicine, HeartMath work etc. So, this sounded interesting.
Well... other than feeling a bit silly doing the movements for the healing codes - I have to say the results so far are astonishing! I have had a bad thyroid condition for most of my life. And as my stress goes higher, the worse it gets. I have been up and down on my thyroid extract medication but it's been a very very slow increase or decrease in the amount I take. I.e. I might drop it 15mg and I'll be on the new amount for say a few weeks - finally dropping another 15mg or damn - going up again. My highest I have been on was 420 when I lived in FL - then I came to HI and got it down to 75mgs over a year.
2 and 1/2 weeks ago - I was on 390mgs. Now, I am on 135mgs and going down constantly.
With thyroid - if you are taking too much, you will feel it quite quickly - usually you feel antsy, your throat feels 'palpy/fluttery/tight,' you feel overly hungry and your sleep is affected. You pick it up in the same day you take your medication. It's quite obvious. Since doing the codes, I have dropped my meds by 15mgs to 30mgs a day - depending on what I have been feeling. It's pretty WOW. And very interesting. Also, it's very nice to have a clear marker for what is going on. Other than than feeling a bit funky because now my meds are TOO high most days - getting them down... I really do feel okay. Normally even a small drop of 15 or 30mgs would make me feel pretty unwell.
I have also done EFT and it's not even really like EFT. I didn't have much joy with EFT but I know it works well for some people. I also have done a lot of NLP, which is great but this is faster. Much faster. It's easy to do, it's clear. I do it twice a day. Reading the codes through twice for each healing point and run that circuit 3 times - that gives you about 6 to 7 mins. I have 3 different things I'm working on with it. I do these in one batch. I then do one other batch at night but I do them in 3 separate lots because I am tired and it seems to be working the same.
Also, I am not a religous person but am spiritual. Initially I tried inserting the Univese for God... but it was a bit bulky - so stopped worrying about semantics for the same energy and just inserted God - even though I don't carry that belief system. It still works just as well. I also say pray, because you are still really just asking for something - so again I decided it was semantics and it flows better as it's written.
In terms of HeartMath work, NLP and any of the emotional medicine fields - it makes perfect sense. You are basically resetting old programs in the body. Just much much faster than other work I've done. Also, like other people, there have been things I haven't been able to shift over the years and now... voila - results. I run the thyroid one all the time at the moment until I'm off medication and stable with it. I also run for Adrenals as they go hand in hand. And I am running a money one too. I have also run Depression and um... other things - again, because it's changed, I can't remember what they were.
I would HIGHLY recommend this book. Whether you read the back up data for it or just skip ahead and do the codes - it's getting some amazing results for me. I am quite blown away by this. Fantastic work! Thanks guys. :-)
